Live with it and move on. I am currently taking graduate courses to get an MBA for one year. Grading for my courses is available on the map. Out of the 13 main courses, 3 had required but not yet classified homework; final exam 100%. I don’t like that at all, but instructors have the privilege of doing it if they want to. Later as you grow up, you will be judged on your performance … this is very likely to make these standards mature and extremely well organized.

Right now you are in a situation where you know you will be judged, who you know and they have told you exactly how. You know where to focus your efforts because they told you. This is a good thing. If all you need to worry about is homework, then focus on it all at once. And if you didn’t do some exercises well, then you learned a valuable lesson about optimizing your time and effort. If you need to take the class again, do it, know how to get through it this time, and move on. And if it’s important for you to do well in this class, then approach your instructor privately, explain the situation, and ask for off-credit assignments. Many teachers are impressed by their willingness to do part-time. It’s worth a try.
